During the session, we will discuss the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act and relevant legal developments applicable to our workplace. This knowledge will empower us all to foster a safer and more inclusive working environment.
About the Speaker:
Sahana Basavapatna is an advocate practising in the trial courts and the High Court of Karnataka. She handles civil, commercial and criminal trials, (including arbitration, civil suits and family court matters). Sahana also works with companies reviewing and drafting contracts (of diverse kinds) and provides them with legal advice and opinions, including legal representation.
