C-CAMP hosted the very first "Karnataka CoEs Conclave 2025," with the support from the Govt. of Karnataka, in an effort to catalyse collaborations across the state's innovation ecosystem- the hubs, the partners and the CoEs.
The conclave was organised by the CCAMP Centre of Excellence in Agriculture and held in the presence of esteemed guests including Dr. Ekroop Caur, Secretary, IT BT GoK, Anil Gupta , Founder, Honeybee Network an GIAN Network, Rishikesha, Director,
Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, and 10+ innovation Centres of Excellence (CoE) across Karnataka.
The Conclave held was a platform to bring together all state-funded CoEs in Karnataka to showcase and communicate the work they are undertaking. Each CoE provided a brief overview of their activities and engaged in sharing of best practices and common challenges. The conclave featured addresses by leaders from prominent organizations including C-CAMP, IIM-B, HoneyBee Network, LetsVenture, and KDEM, showcasing initiatives creating global pathways for Karnataka's innovation centers. During the interactive Synergy Circles exercise, participants collaborated on solutions focusing on three priority areas: Upscaling & upgrading Infrastructure, SOPs for Incubation management, Strategies for onboarding effective mentors. The session also incorporated methodologies for Grassroots Challenge Analysis and Stakeholder Mapping through the Descriptive Value Web framework.This landmark event represented the first collective assembly of all state Centers of Excellence under the Department's leadership, establishing a foundation for enhanced collaboration within Karnataka's innovation ecosystem.
