•      Next Generation Sequencing Data Formats

•      Whole Genome assembly, Analysis and  Annotation

•      Discussions on Assignment

  • Participants should have laptop with 2 to 4 GB RAM, 500 GB hard disk, i5 or i7 core processor and Ubuntu 16 or above operating system.
