Course Overview:
This workshop is designed to provide participants with comprehensive, hands-on training in core process development techniques used in bioprocessing and biotechnology industries. The course focuses on upstream and downstream processing, beginning with fermentation using a 5-litre fermenter. Participants will gain practical experience in protein purification using Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography (FPLC) and learn advanced separation techniques through High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) for the analysis and purification of biomolecules.
