TENTATIVE TOPICS
Ø Introduction to the Microfluidics and Microfabrication
Ø Introduction to designing photomasks and Hands on training of photomasks
Ø Wet Lab Modules, including Instrument Overview, walkthrough, Preliminary preparation for photolithography, Photolithography using Su8, PDMS casting and Device testing
Ø Interaction with researchers working on Microfluidics
Workshop will include demonstration of equipment like SuSS MJB4 Mask Aligner, Bruker Dektak XT Surface Profiler, Laurell Spin Processor, Harrick Extended Plasma Cleaner, etc. in Class 10000 cleanroom environment.
